All requests for publication funding must be approved by Node Leaders prior to submitting for publication.
We strongly encourage researchers to publish in journals covered by existing CAUL open access agreements wherever possible, as these arrangements can avoid publication charges and help us make the most effective use of Centre funding.
Where a publication is proposed for a journal outside a CAUL agreement and publication costs will be incurred, you must complete the publication funding request form.
This process will help manage our publication budget transparently, track co-contributions, and ensure that ACEAS funds are being distributed strategically and equitably across the Centre.
